We successfully delivered complete structural consultancy services for a 3-star hotel project in Bidar comprising a Basement + 4 storey building. The project involved complex structural challenges including construction over an existing large well with a proposed driveway, expansive black cotton soil conditions unsuitable for conventional foundations, swimming pool structures, and steel structural elements in the landscaped lawn area.
Our team carried out detailed structural analysis and design in accordance with relevant Indian Standard codes including IS 456:2000, IS 800:2007, IS 875 (Part 1, 2 & 3), IS 1893 (Part 1):2016, and IS 2911. Innovative foundation solutions and efficient structural systems were adopted to ensure safety, durability, and performance. The entire building frame was designed and delivered successfully, meeting project requirements and quality standards.
